🎆 For a loaf of bread and a cinnamon swirl (Which you can’t see because it did not make it home😼) given to me unexpectedly, at the end of the day by Karma Bread (in South End Green): This act of kindness nourished me spiritually as much as the bread will nourish me physically. 🌞 I navigated my way around London today; passing by chance; places in West Hampstead where I once worked. I saw evidence of my work from all those years ago; So for having the satisfaction of knowing that I made a difference: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.

❤️ I spent time speaking by skype with Cilla Conway in Italy today. We were discussing the new course that we are running in April. ❤️ Helen my ex-mother in law; today when I said good bye; (and now aged 85 years); told me that she loved me . I have known her for 36 years. Our relationship has not always been easy. It was the first time ever that she has said this to me. For being deeply touched (and made v’clempt*): Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.
