❤️The photo above is my son Joshua Ben Erlick holding his design Galaxy Hands which he created a while back to empower people with Diabetes : these are his words: “Today marks the beginning of Diabetic Awareness Month so I felt implored to share this design. As a T1D, my finger tips are covered with hundreds of tiny dots, each one created from the need to check my blood sugars all of the time. The scarring sometimes makes me feel disheartned and frustrated as it is a necessity that I damage my body in order to understand it more. It is only by doing this that I can regulate my sugars by injecting insulin or eating something accordingly. I have no choice in this, the consequences are otherwise deadly but I am grateful that it gives me the opportunity to keep walking and find people, experiences and things to share my smile with. I decided one day that I no longer wished to see these dents and holes in my hands as something upsetting but instead something more positive and exciting. I changed my projection and saw them as star constellations , I have ever since. This one is for all my fellow diabetics that fight with honour daily. May you be empowered. Every day you test your blood, every day you make a new star in you. Remember you are amazing and your courage and strength is as infinite as the universe. I have so much love for our community and so, so much pride in each and everyone of us”.

🌺I heard a radio drama on radio 4. Called The Duke it had the power to open my heart. It should still be up on pod cast; if you have a chance I recommend it.
🌅I gave my younger son Zach a loaf of raisin bread to take with him on his travels. For Nourishment: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.
🌷The house is full of the scent of hyacinths at the moment. Some given by a friend & some planted my self. They remind of my Grandmother. For spring bulbs: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.
🎉I had an invitation to a party this Saturday Evening . I could not go but I liked the invitation. For inclusion: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.
