1. For a day in which bright sunlight and clarity streamed overhead. Even if I was "caught" in Watkins I enjoyed the energy and hope that it provided. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
2.Many shadows were revealed to me today. Such illumination, although painful brings fierce and intense transformation and healing. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
3. Its a strange process, going for integration of the shadow, especially as its so much work that I am undertaking on my own. For the strength to stand somehow: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
4. For much of the day, not many people came into the Red Table at Watkins. But then suddenly, there was a flurry: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
5.I re read my work from yesterday. I am pleased with it: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
6. A friend from Devon asked after me. As much as I love London, I also miss Devon. For connection: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
7. I have a lot of writing work, fundraising and other projects in hand. This work will bear fruit later. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. Sometimes when I am working in Watkins, people stop to chat with me. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
10. One client that I saw today was highly appreciative of x 10 minutes Theta Healing. I also enjoyed seeing her change in front of my eyes. For miracles: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
