For revellers, workers and pipers both: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Gratitude List 1/5/23

  1. For May Day working as A Reader in Watkins: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  2. My colleague took this photo. I chose my top because it matched the kind gift of jewellery given last Saturday. For new earrings and a necklace: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  3. On this spring day, Watkins was busy. In between Readings I enjoy hearing snatches of conversation. Sometimes they make me laugh. Usually these snippets are endearing. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  4. The noise from A May Day March making its way along Charing Cross Road reached into Watkins. For a moment I was confused. I thought that I was in Totnes and imagined revellers in green, leaping, with garlands in their hair and pipes. Alas, not so! This march was of The Workers who also lay claim to May Day. For revellers, workers and pipers both: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  5. Although part of me laments the passing of April, with its gusts of wind and spiralling blossom, May is also lovely. For the bright green and joyousness of the Month of May: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  6. In Watkins today, interesting people sought divination. For work which is sacred. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  7. I came out of Watkins and went home for some lunch. This feels miraculous to me! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  8. There was no time for me to read my books during clients today. For engagement: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  9. On a Watkins day, it is harder to get my 10,000 steps in. But not impossible. For discipline: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  10. For the Day. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
