1. This is a Rainbow that appeared in London on the day that The Queen died. For hope and for redemption, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. Yesterday I visited my mother. After many years of trickiness, we have achieved an uneasy equilibrium. For shadows and for light, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. As I write this list I can hear the rain falling. For shelter, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. The day stretches ahead of me. It contains business and freedom. Thank You, Thank You.

5. Today it is Shabbat and this coming Sunday Roshashona, the Jewish New Year. For harvest, for apples and for honey. Thank You, Thank You.

6. For days of awe, holiness, and for anticipation. Thank You, Thank You.

7. After a period of silence, I reconnected with a friend. For bonds that do not break, Thank You, Thank You.

8. I was asked to bake a birthday cake. In fact, I need to bake 5 cakes this weekend. For the alchemy of cakes and for baking. Thank You, Thank You.

9. For the honour of being asked to bake a cake. Deep is my joy. Thank You, Thank You.

10. For the realm that I have, which contains within it much which I value and treasure. Thank You, Thank You.
