1. I visited Southwold with my mum. She is 83 now, incredible, and still has fortitude and strength. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. The day was so perfect in colour, stillness, and beauty that it took my breath away. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. The sign of the Swan, At The Swan Hotel in Southwold, led me to muse again on the nature of Grace. For serenity and surrender. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. I believe that there is an expansiveness in Grace and faith. For Trust, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. For the ability to make my way in the world. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. For the capacity to navigate my own shadows and make repair. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. For renewal, and for growth. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

10. This time, my mum and I did not take tea at The Swan. We had fish and chips at the Smoke House on The Harbour.
