The concept and pursuit of  "The Spiritual Journey" is really a commitment towards self actualisation and gaining enough self knowledge to understand ourselves and to be able to bring our best selves to the world.  Often we can spend time pursuing the 'inner shadow', e.g what is there that is negative, hidden within our psyche and how can we bring it to light and remove any negative shadows/ blocks that it contains?
But there is another equally exciting exploration: what positive qualities and strengths do we have hidden in our psyche ? how can we utilise those to be comfortable in our skin, to bring our best gifts? To walk our best path?
In this unique workshop for Managing Your Health and Wealth in the Current Climate, Vedic Astrologer Sonal Sachdeva and Spiritual Practitioner Wendy Erlick have combined their skills and knowledge to create a space which will allow You the opportunity gain insight from your Vedic Astrology Chart: eg how can you utilise Your strengths from your Vedic chart? And also provide an opportunity to gain Guidance from Your Guides or Your Higher Self and knowledge of your purpose.
 
Workshop Programme:
 
10am - 10.30  Coffee and A brief overview for each person to reveal how their Vedic chart reveals of their strengths. (One to One Basis). 
10.30: The workshop begins with a Mantra:

Guided visualisation to connect with angels/guides and gain insight into purpose/life

Workshop Leader :
Sonal Sachdeva is an esteemed Vedic astrologer.  Her craft It draws upon the ancient Jyotish wisdom of the Vedas from India, that, for over 3,000 years, endures as a remarkably effective method of guidance and inspiration for individuals striving for personal growth. Sonal has an extraordinary gift for illuminating the possibilities revealed in the birth chart and provides unique advice on how best to manage life’s dilemmas.

 Sonal studied Western Psychological Astrology under Liz Greene at the Centre of Psychological Astrology (CPA) before focusing on her Vedic learning practice under the tutelage of celebrated Indian astrologer, Pandit Sanjay Rath. She is enrolled into three courses, The Mantra Sastra program, Parasara Hora Sastra course and the Jaimini Sutras scholar program, under the guidance of Vedanga Guru Pandit Sanjay Rath and his wife Sarbani Rath.
Sonal is also a Tarot card reader and works with the Mythic Tarot deck of Liz Greene and Juliet Sharman Burke.
 
Sonal also produces Divine Astro Essences – a range of 100 per cent pure moisturizing oil blends that provide deep nourishment to the skin and promote emotional well-being. Workshop Leader : 
Wendy Erlick is an Author, Angel Channeller, Bi-Aura Energy Healer, Theta Healer, Intuitive Coach and Tarot Reader. Before becoming a Spiritual Practitioner, Wendy was a director of her consultancy working as a Fundraiser and Project Manager. She raised more than £2 million to help people live more abundant lives. Wendy has been practising the art of divination professionally since 2009 and has been Watkins Books' in-house Angel Channeller and Intuitive Coach Since 2013. Wendy was a regular columnist for Kindred Spirit Magazine. She teaches energy management to assist everyone. Her speciality and passion are in divination, energy clearing and manifestation, working at the level of the highest potential to help you bring your gifts to the world - attract and create the life that you wish to lead on earth.
 
Save The Date: The Workshop will take place on  Wednesday 26th of August 2026 between 10am-4 pm with extra time for add on readings (£22.22 each). 
 
Venue: The Workshop will be delivered from St Martin's Lane, London WC2H 0DH ( just around the corner from Watkins Books). It is a large airy room (there is a glimpse of it in the photo above) in a Mansion Block that is surprisingly peaceful, considering the busyness outside. The ambience of the room has been described as 'magical'. Fun and laughter are considered integral.

Tea and coffee are provided throughout the day and lunch is also provided, although there are many venues available on the doorstep if this is preferred. Full joining instructions will be provided once a place has been booked. Transport: The nearest Tube is Leicester Square, although Charing Cross is also nearby. Returns: Policy Non-Refundable, due to small numbers. There are no more than 6 other participants (7 in total). If you have to cancel, we will do our best to offer you a place at a subsequent workshop without cost.
