2. In Seven Dials this morning there was disruption, Xmas decorations are on the way up. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. I was amused because the lifting apparatus has the name 'Star Platforms', written on it. That is so West End. And isn't it my work anyway, a reminder that we are from the stars, are stars? Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. Today has been a day of many clients. Indeed I am blessed. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. Walking Flo this morning there was a tent pitched in St Giles Churchyard. For shelter and a roof over everyone's head.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. Today was so busy, that there was barely time to stop and eat. This is good! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. I reconnected with an old friend today. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. I had interesting and nourishing conversations today. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. It felt to me that London was filled with light today. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
