Gratitude List: 8/1/23

1. I went along to a conference today. This was the first one in a long, long, time. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. Serious ethical issues and issues of social justice were discussed. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. There were many sound bites and conclusions made at the conference. One of these was that in Argentina everyone has the right to food. This is not yet enshrined in the constitution of the UK. For social justice: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. Another speaker ended with a plea for action: "Do not look away". For inspiration: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. I loved how some speakers joined in from afar, by zoom. Other speakers were in the room. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. t was strange to be in a political environment again. For engagement: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. When I came out from the conference, the sky was very beautiful: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. For food on the table: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. For love, for abundance and connection: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

10. For cohesion, for repair. for a world where everyone is valued, has a roof over their heads and does not lack for food. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
