Gratitude List 9/4/23
I have a meditation/visualisation where I include the words 'know that you are worth your weight in gold'. It amused me to pass the building above on Wardour St, literally a stone's throw from where I live. It was once the house of Benjamin Smart (1755/6-1833), a goldsmith and dealer in bullion – the wholesale trading of gold and silver. In the 17th and 18th century, gold replaced silver as the main circulation for coins and England became the centre of the world marketplace for gold. For Gold Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I caught up with my friend by telephone. This connection runs deep. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I walked with Zach and Josh to the Gelupo on Archer St in Soho. They sell the best ice cream in the World. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
