Flo literally transmits love.

Gratitude List: 1/10/22

  1. Oxytocin is one of my new favourite words. It increases longevity. When dogs and their humans gaze into each other’s eyes the oxytocin levels in both parties can rise significantly. Flo literally transmits love. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  2. Love given by family, friends and partners also increases oxytocin and therefore longevity. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

  3. The facts above were given in an article in The Times today. I was surprised to read it in The Times. For integration: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  4. Josh took the picture of Flo above. They adore one another: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  5. For the fact that love has a physical presence. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  6. For the fact that dinner cooked for Shabbat yesterday, lasted until today;

  7. A package of amber from Myanmar arrived with me today. It seems that I now trade Amber. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  8. The Amber also has a physical presence. I like its healing energy. I wonder if amber is actually a form of honey, of sunlight, captured long ago. For longevity, magic, alchemy, wonder: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  9. The street in St Martins Lane is noisy today. Earlier I heard the voices of protestors. At the moment there are people speaking in the street, despite the fact that it is becoming cold. For Justice, For realignment, For Life: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  10. “Gratitude is an easy way to boost positive brain chemicals and produce a calming effect, activating the parasympathetic nervous system — the rest and repair branch of our autonomic nervous system that stems the release of stress chemicals,” Dr Julia Jones: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
