Gratitude List 24.9.22
Today is the 23rd Birthday of my son Zachary. For the privilege of being the mother of Zachary who is brilliant, hilarious and exemplary in many ways, especially in the art of kindness. The deepest gratitude. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The photo above is of an Angel in the Phoenix Theatre. For angelic support and energy wherever I am, Wherever I go. Heartfelt gratitude. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Yesterday I bought cake ingredients, almonds, marmalade, honey, cardamon, etc. These constitute magic in my eyes. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Due to the encroaching Jewish Holidays, I have been in receipt of messages from friends, wishing me a 'Sweet and Happy New Year'. For love and for sanctity. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
For the chance to give greetings (I wish You a sweet and Happy Year), Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
There was a chill in the air this morning. The Patterdale whose name is Flo was dressed in her new coat. Zachary took her out and I had coffee. So much bliss is contained in this statement. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I live in a busy part of town, reputably 44 million people come into Covent Garden every year. Is this even possible? Yet every day, I exchange greetings with people I know, and there are interactions, exchanges and gifts. Flo likes ice cream cones and knows where to stop for these. Local dogs know very well that I carry gravy bones with me. For richness and connection: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
As I write the day stretches before me. A long time ago, a friend advised me: 'Wendy always look up'. It was good advice, providing that I don't become so mesmerised by the sky that I forget to work. For beauty and for balance: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
We are in living in times of profound change. For lodestones and for courage, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
For celebration, and for love. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
