Gratitude List 30/5/24

1. This was Cecil Court at 5 am on Monday 27th of May. For early morning sun that bestows kisses, and Grey Angels steadfastly holding up doorways, for expectancy. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. This morning I walked with Flo to Victoria Embankment. The Gardeners and Park Keeper's were laying out new flower beds. They had Busy Lizzie's, Tobacco Plants and Begonia's (I think) laid out in formation like a paint palette. I am fascinated by their expertise, and also to have the chance to enter Mary Poppins's World. For constancy, good-heartedness and the spirited magic of plants: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. Later I had a meeting with the Director of Under One Sky. Now, he is an Earth Angel, operating at a level of non-judgement which makes me feel in awe. For Mikkel Iverson, For Under One, Sky, Repair and Hope: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. I gave a Tarot Reading today, which I supplemented by using the New Pendulum. For insight, direction, for doing my best to keep myself out of the way, and be non-judgemental: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. Throughout the day I wove walks with Flo in and out of my work. We went to Leicester Square Gardens for a break. It was busy. In Leicester Square Gardens there is a fountain that speaks of benevolence. And a sign which says 'There is no Darkness but Ignorance.' (Twelfth Night). For Love, wisdom, and change: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. Flo of course, in Leicester Square Gardens does not spend her time thinking about the state of the world. She has her eye out for the opportunity to chase pigeons. For the fact that pigeons can fly, in a flurry, and with (apparent) good humour: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. Without Josh and Zach here I am bathing in silence. I did not hear from either of them today. For freedom, joyfulness and adventures: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. The morning started well. My scales told me that I had lost another pound in weight. For Freedom: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. For the return of Gratitude: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
