Gratitude List 21/9/22

1. The last week has given me a better understanding of the nature and value of duty, which in turn has deepened and strengthened my work. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. The last week has given me a better understanding of the nature and value of constancy, which removed a worry in relation to my work. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. The last week gave me a better understanding of the nature and value of spirituality, helping me to feel more connected. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. Today I caught the no.24 bus, from Charing Cross Road, to South End Green in Hampstead. I lived many years in Devon, where a bus might appear every hour. The sight of the no.24 appearing around the corner after waiting 5 mins makes my heart sing with pleasure. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. For a smoked salmon bagel and a cup of coffee. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. I like to write in cafes. For a table in the corner. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. As I write, Bob Marley is playing, 'Is this love that I am feeling", for exaltation and joyousness. Thank You: Thank You: Thank You.

8. For this mornings zoom meetings, giving the ability to work together with colleagues, face to face, despite being physically separated by many miles. Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.
