3. I caught up with friends today. Indeed I feel rich. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. It's Kol Nidre, the eve of Yom Kippur, and I feel the holiness of the day and the introspection. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. A work opportunity landed in my inbox. It is outside my usual span of work, but exciting. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. I am meant to write an article today, but the words are still in my head. For the prospect of productivity in a day or so, and for being able to work in my head: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. I have been in receipt of kindness over the last day or so. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. Yom Kippur asks for a fast, between sunset to sunset. For discipline: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. After many years I feel settled in myself. This is a good feeling, expansive and contained at the same time. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
