Gratitude List 28/3/23
I wanted to work in Hampstead and duly boarded the no.24 bus. Alas and alack Charing Cross Road was congested. This was because of the rain and many buses on diversion. My journey lasted for 3 stops and then I was instructed to disembark! For plans which change: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
My 3pm client cancelled at the last minute. For plans which change: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Flo and I walked to meet my friend Shelley in Russell Square. For arrangements that come to fruition: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
There was sadness in our meeting as well as joy. This was due to the unexpected passing of Sue, one of Shelleys friends. RIP Dear Sue. For transience and longevity, that holds fragility and stability both: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
For a cup of coffee in the Cafe: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
For the solidity of Flo, her endearing and enduring good nature: For dogs who do not change: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The Hyacinths in the park, late blooming and jewel like in their vibrancy: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The discontinued journey and the trip to Russell Square and back took my step count to more than 11,000. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I started to work on my next newsletter. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
For the fabric of the day, which starkly reminded me of the nature of the divine. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
