1. For a sky full of silver, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
2. The first half of the day was difficult, but then I bumped into a friend. Everything was suddenly much easier. For friendship: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
3. The moon is full. For my whole life I am blessed by its beauty.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
4. In my house I have a plant called 'String of Hearts'. I am not sure if its due to the Gratitude practise, or because I am older, but I begin to feel interconnected to my world by a string of hearts. It is a most tender feeling.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
5. If we all have a place in our own 'kingdom', then we also have our own 'rat runs'. I like some of my familiar places very much. The best thing is that everyday they are both different and the same. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
6. I am now 59 years of age, and many of my elders have passed away. Yet still there are people who hold me. For these people in my life my gratitude is indeed deep. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
7. For Love: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
8. For productivity. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
9. I notice that I am surrounded by people who hold much innate goodness. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
10. For memories shared with a friend that prompted both laughter and tears:Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
