Gratitude List Sunday 7th of May (Retrospective)
Often my Sundays now begin with a friend arriving for coffee. I still have a piece of cake left over for him. For friendship and for constancy: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The energy in the flat is one of concentrated endeavour. Both Josh and Zach are working hard. I follow their example. For inspiration: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I have pattens that I wish to clear and some things that I wish to understand. I ask 'my' angel for insights which I then receive as dreams. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I wake up with clarity that I know will bring change. Indeed I am grateful: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Usually if I want to clear or understand I will use radical forgiveness or ho'oponopono. Asking for guidance before sleeping and understanding when I wake up is a wonderful technique and works every time. For renewal: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I escape the intensity in the house and board the no. 24 Bus. Charing Cross Road has reopened to traffic today and the buses are running again. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The ferns in the library garden are unfurling. I find them to be beautiful. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
In the library I sit at tables with young people who are studying hard. I send out information on the new Tarot Class that I am running with Mark Mordin. I am particularly pleased with this course. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
People book the course by return. This fills me with deep gratitude: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I take the 24 bus back home. Hampstead was also busy. There was no chance of working in my usual cafe. I did not mind. I enjoyed the feeling of nostalgia obtained by working in the library. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
