1. The day was mild, I walked without my coat. Ah freedom! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. My son Zach was kind enough to walk to Lincoln Inns Fields with Flo and I. For me, that was wonderful. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. The day contained some time in which to write. I have been overthinking and not doing. At last I sat down and put that right. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. I boarded my favourite bus, the no. 24 and went to my favourite cafe in South End Green. I like to write when there is company in the background that does not require me. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. I completed half my work, an article that is late. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. I arrived back in time for a zoom call with a client in New York. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. When both of my sons are at home, there is banter in the house. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. A deep and systemic change has occurred. For more than one week, the house has been tidy. I like this state of affairs very much.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. For conversations that I had, throughout the day. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

10. For the spring bulbs that are flowering, especially hyacinths: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
