Gratitude List 18/11/22

1. These cyclamen gracing the table outside of Mildred's restaurant on St Martins Lane instantly transported me back 50 years. They were one of my Grandmother Lily's favorite flowers. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. For pockets of flowers in an intensely urban environment. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. I went to Planet Organic on Tottenham Court Road and bought a replacement packet of saffron. Now my cupboard is complete. Did You know that Saffron, made from the stamen of crocus has the power to keep the soul in the body? For magic. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. Our guest arrived. Only she does not feel like a guest. She feels like part of our family. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. Once again I had the honour of cooking Friday Night Dinner. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. During the day clients came. Work was completed. Another honour. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. Once again I made Mary Berry's chocolate mousse. I seem to be on a chocolate mousse roll. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. A client from 10 years ago rang me out of the blue for a chat. This touched my heart. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. Several people whom I either know or know of, are facing health challenges. For healing. Thank You, Thank you, thank You.

10. For love, for laughter, for courage. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
