3. I walked with Flo to the Embankment Gardens via the Post Office. This is a walk of serenity, with the presence of the Thames by the Sphinx and Cleopatra's Needle casting a majestic energy. The gardeners work unceasingly here. For gardens and for toil; Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. This walk included unexpectedly meeting a friend, she had her dog Alfie with her. He is a master extractor of gravy bones. Ah. For the shamelessness of dogs with large personalities and for friends who have time to talk: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
