1. At this moment, from outside, I can hear the humming and bustle of Covent Garden in full Swing. For sanctuary. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. A client came for a reading yesterday. Before she arrived I picked up a book that had mysteriously appeared from nowhere on the living room floor. It was for her, on an obscure subject. For everyday miracles. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. Our guest continues to grace us with her presence. She holds much light and brings joy to the house. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. Food left over from yesterday, fed everyone well today. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. It is not usual for me to preplan a session of work. I have learned to leave the space clear and see what emerges. The fact that within the numinous, the work always arrives, feels like another miracle. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. The time now is 17.48pm. And where did the day go? For productivity. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. I am learning to and succeeding in letting go of a situation that has not served me. For strength. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. Today in my work, the pendulum which I was using, decided to spin around in a full circle. I love it when that happens. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
