Gratitude List 26/9/23
Flo and I went to Lincoln Inn Fields. This was partly to walk Flo, partly to process an argument which I accidentally wandered into at 8.30 am this morning before I had really woken up. For harmony: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
From the Park, I face timed the person whom I had quarrelled with. We made peace. Phew. For Love: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
This particular dispute led me to make x 2 radical forgiveness exercises. It works every time. I got the healing: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
There is a stillness in Lincoln's Inn Fields that I like very much. The Crows are ever vigilant. without a doubt, the square is under their watch. For alertness. Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
I now know several dogs by name, and their owners too. We exchange titbits between dogs. For friendship: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
Some lucky dogs get to walk around twice. Not so Flo. She sits with me and extracts treats. For companionship: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
Clients came along today. In preparation I cleaned. For the feeling of alignment given by a clean house: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
The number of steps taken each day has become my major preoccupation. Therefore in the evening, I walked with Flo to the Victoria Embankment to sit under another tree close to Cleopatra's Needle. For getting 11,000+ steps under my belt: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
Within all of the busyness I find it to be very wonderful to sit near to The Thames. For The Thames: Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
For the enmeshed sweetness of the day, in its entirety. Thank You, Thank You Thank You.
