2. On the last day of October, I was given a huge amount of support and kindness, which made me feel humble and grateful. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. It was fun working in Watkins on Halloween, and busy too. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. For some reason, yesterday, at the Red Table, I kept having visions of dogs. Of Border, Terriers to be precise. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. The work yesterday felt in-depth and I was in receipt of much thanks. For being received. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. I gained an understanding of negative patterns, contained within myself and within my lineage yesterday. For redemption and the chance to change. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. I love the work that I do. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. For Love and healing, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. I enjoy it being lighter in the morning and darker in the evening. It gives a holding. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

10. For all of the gifts contained within the day. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
