Gratitude List 10/5/23
Away went my gratitude practice for nearly a week. Ouch. For the return of steadiness and due diligence. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The ever diligent Flo and I walked to Russell Square. This walk took us past the British Museum, where there was a picket line of museum workers. They were striking for more pay. For abundance. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
There was a surprise when I arrived. Suddenly it was more green than brown. I love the vibrant green of May. For renewal: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
My reward for the walk to Russell Square is a coffee from the cafe there. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Perhaps it is because she is pretty that people stop to speak with Flo. For conversation: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Today I had a depth conversation with a lecturer in sociology from a nearby University. We spoke about the movement of refugees, homelessness and Flo's beauty. For engagement; for the alignment of the whole earth and for peace. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Now that I am 'on the Watkins website', I sometimes have on line commissions come through, usually on a Wednesday. Today I worked with someone by zoom. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The truth is that, whilst I know that it is not going to be for ever, I enjoy, for this moment having Josh and Zach here. For family: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Conversations like the one that I had today, sharply bought all of my blessings to my consciousness. For freedom: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
For love, for endurance and for courage: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
