Within all the separateness of the City, I feel bound by an odd cohesion.

Gratitude List 26/12/22

1. In the evening, these cars, Lamborghini's, appeared out on the street. They led me to think about power and about balance. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. In the morning, the day was bright. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. In the interest of feeling freedom, I left my coat and walked with Flo to Lincoln Inn Fields. It was eerily quiet. Too cold to be without a coat. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. The day was contained. Police horses walked around The Park. I like the sound of their hooves on the road. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. Within the quietness, still the people whom are without homes, appear more visible. For justice. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. When both my sons are at home it takes a few days to adjust to being under one roof. Even if we are not necessarily chatting, to have the heartbeats, brings me the greatest joy. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. To be in receipt of sharp observations, and to be challenged is also joyful. Each of my sons is an expert in my shadows. How is it that they have survived and even flourished? Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. There was no need to cook today. Food was left over from yesterday. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
