Gratitude List 15/10/22

1. Looking back, when I first started work in Watkins, I was in a state of denial. I used to tell people that I was only a coach and an angel channeller and most definitely not psychic ! For having a place. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. Covent Garden is exceptionally busy today. Yet within it all, I find pockets of silence. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. I worked today. For insight, intuition. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. Dinner last night, nourished me today. Not only through leftovers but also memories of the love around the table. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. Kindnesses from guests brought ice cream, wine and flowers to the table. Indeed I am rich. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. At this moment I am listening to the soundtrack of the play 'Come From Away'. The lyrics contain a lament and are most beautiful. This show will finish in January. If you have a chance to see it, I would. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. As I become older, everything seems to feel more magical. I take little for granted. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
