  1. Today (Tuesday), is a Watkins Day. I love working from Watkins; & say so many times. For some reason(?), Perhaps the red tablecloth? The readings come through with great insight & clarity. I am so grateful for being able to carry out my work. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  2. On this day; day 23; as I begin to near the end of this practise I feel more present & more grounded. I enjoy feeling the energy of the London world around me. I find it too be purposeful. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  3. For those clients who came for readings today; I have gratitude for the fact that you chose to work with me; It was and is a privilege & I hope that the work served you; Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  4. I bought one of my friends a Christmas present today; I know that she will like it, for having the resource to be able to give I have deep gratitude; Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  5. Of course Watkin’s Books is near to the National Gallery & to Trafalgar Square; with the tree from Norway and Art from all over the world. What a tremendous touchstone of resource; I always think of Van Gogh who did not sell a painting in his lifetime but gave us the most beautiful mystical paintings; His work gives me courage. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  6. Zachary & I will drive home through the night tonight; we will arrive back around 1am tomorrow. I love the cosiness of driving home through the night & the transcendental & meditative quality of travelling. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  7. We are one day before the shortest day; Another year passes; I remember my family members who have passed and are no longer here in this life; the veil between the worlds feels thin. I sense their presence & have gratitude for all of the love that they gave me whilst living which is with me still, today. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  8. Before travelling home, Zachary & I stop to eat; its cheap, quick & cheerful. We come out of the restaurant; the cold air hits my face, we run and catch the train that will take us to the car. This freedom is great & appreciated. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  9. I have gratitude for the fact that the day passes without care & joyously. It’s not that I do not care. Or that I have forgotten that there is suffering. I do care & have compassion. But to feel so wholly carefree is a new experience for me, & I welcome it. I think that the gratitude process has improved my level in trust and stopped me worrying so much. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

  10. Going home I dithered between two ways. But somehow just by setting off I went the right way. I felt that I was in the zone; and as we sped through the night; that was a good feeling. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.
