1. I remembered that I had a photo of this rose that bloomed in November.  I chose it as a symbol of hope for today; which I found to be  difficult. I was frustrated by the news in Parliament. For roses and for hope: Thank You: Thank You:Thank You.

2. For a long walk on the beach with the Patterdale whose name is Flo:Thank You:Thank You:Thank You.

3. In some areas of my life I am holding my resolve. But in other areas I am slipping. For diets that may begin again tomorrow : Thank You:Thank You: Thank You.

4. Even if I say so myself I made a superb pot of tuna spaghetti this evening. For food on the table: Thank You: Thank You;Thank You

5. For Love: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You

6. For money: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.

7. For plans that come to fruition: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.

8. Slowly & imperceptibly I am upping my productivity; Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.

9. Someone posted a 5 star review of my book on Amazon. This kindness touched me: Thank You;Thank You;Thank You.

10. Although I am alone; because I am so busy I am not lonely: I am grateful to be engaged with the world. Thank You:Thank You:Thank You.
