I don’t know about you but as the planetary changes have impacted upon me quite strongly and I have had some days filled with tiredness and despair.

Do not deny me. Do not judge and persecute yourself. If you have learnt wisdom through your pain use your knowledge to be present in the world. Work hard and do not slack. Continue to assist people to be in spirit. Know that you are provided for and do not allow the prospect of distant fears to prevent you from enjoying your day. Every moment is precious and the universe is infinitely bountiful”.
