3. During the day, I went out for a walk. As I came back into Watkins I was greeted by a woman at the door who said "Hello, your psychic aren't you?" Then she said. "I am and I can see that You are too!" Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. I am finding that I am in a phase of intense processing. I have been asking for dreams to help me understand more, these dreams are arriving and I understand more: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
7. As I see parts of my personality that I did not previously know (my shadow), I can be horrified. Thus the shadow, once revealed, manifests as shame. It is taking me some work to learn the lessons and integrate these revelations. The aim is to convert them into unconditional love, to forgive myself. I find this difficult.
