1. Today I went back to Uxbridge to do some work. I have a long history of working in Uxbridge, but in all the years that I have worked here (25 or thereabouts) I have not noticed this Angel. I only spotted her today. I do not cease to be amazed at how unobservant I can be. For Angels that appear out of no where, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

3. If a work place stationary cupboard has a certain smell (I love stationary cupboards), it is also pleasant to walk into a workplace and be handed a cup of coffee. Thank You: Thank You:Thank You.

5. After my office visit, in M & S I discovered a gin and tonic sold in a tin can for just £2.00. Life is good. Thank You: Thank You:Thank You.
6. When I first came here, to London, I often felt tired. It was quite a big change. I seem to have adapted and now feel stronger again. Thank You: Thank You:Thank You.
