Gratitude List 7/3/23
I wrote up some long outstanding notes, which had been lying heavily on my conscience. The longer that I left things, the more difficult it became to face them! For resolve and for clearing: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
If I walk to Lincolns Inn Fields then I pass by the Bloomsbury Florist. I greatly admire their window displays, for their almost off hand, casual beauty and elegance. Today, there were early sweet peas. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
There are usually people to speak to on my way to the Park, and on the way back. Today I had a very interesting conversation with a doorman, about energy management. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Once again, Flo narrowly missed catching the squirrel, whom she had her eye on. I cannot convey my gratitude for the speed of squirrels. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The quid pro quo for writing up the notes, and the only way to bribe myself to do it was to take the no.24 to Hampstead and sit in the cafe. After two months of procrastination it only took an hour! For timeliness: (in the future); Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
In South End Green there are also nice conversations and people whom I know. I popped into the House of Mistry. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The Keats library is also a place of great beauty and endeavour. Not only that but I actually managed to return my library book on time. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Visits to Hampstead can be poignant and cause yearning for people no longer in my every day life. For memories and for love. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Today I walked more than 12,000 steps. For freedom; Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
For endurance. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
