1. Last night I had an interesting dream that needed processing. It bought the nature and possibility of forgiveness sharply into focus. Ouch, again no gratitude list.For renewal, for realignment and for repair: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. Work came to the table today. By zoom and with a client. I love to work. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. I posted the photo of Flo because the wind was making her ears flap, She did not appear to mind. For dignity: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. I popped into Watkins on an errand. For chats, for being received. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. A gift arrived for me. For kindness and for grace: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. For Friday night dinner today. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. For time to speak with Josh and with Zack. Huge gratitude: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. Because of the trip to the library I have several books on the go at once. I also have my own writing in the back of my mind. I felt stretched between words, and between worlds. For focus and for enquiry: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. Because I was late posting the gratitudes it crossed my mind to discontinue them. Yet I have promised myself a year. I decided to carry on. For steadfastness: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

10. Still I feel change is coming. For adventure and for change: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
