2. Today I 'had my hair done'. For transformation and for the kindness of James who is a magician: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.

3. To reach the salon I walked through China Town to Dean Street and caught the no.19 bus which somehow took me to my destination, all the way there, to West Halkin Street. As straight as the crow flies. For Red Buses: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.

4. My friend came for coffee this morning. He listens well. For the comfort of friendship: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.

5. We said goodbye to someone dear to our family. She will not be away for long. For reunion: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.

6. I was disciplined enough to make soup from left over chicken carcasses. For dinner today and tomorrow: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.

7. I had some work today. Again the room lit up with light. For support: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.

8. I spoke with both my mum and with Zachary today. For my family: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.

9. The understanding and insights that I had yesterday, still caused me to feel shocked today. For recovery: Thank You, Thank You. Thank You.
