Gratitude List 3/12/22

1. The day was cold. For shelter and for warmth, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

2. As we are now officially in Winter, I am glad of the cold. It felt that there may be snow. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. A client came to work with me. Indeed The Work is sacred. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. I have a new singing bowl. It is tuned to the frequency of the heart chakra. I use it at the end of the session to consolidate, ground, and actualise The Work. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. After completing the energy work I took the bus to find cholla and kosher wine. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. The Xmas Tree in Trafalgar Square is also a constant in my life. A Symbol of friendship and appreciation. I also enjoyed seeing the Xmas Tree in Trafalgar Square.

7. Shabbat was filled with laughter. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. For the wine on the table. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. In these times especially, I appreciate the routine of Shabbat. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
