6. I had enough discipline to swim today. I notice small changes. i am finding it easier to climb out of the pool. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
7. I filled up the spaces on my Redemption loyalty card and redeemed a large Buddha salad. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
