'he had to carry a wad of £5.00 notes with him to make good these thefts'.

Gratitude List 8/4/23

  1. As it is the bank holiday weekend, Covent Garden is exuberant. For liveliness: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  2. I walk with Flo to Lincoln Inn's Fields. The energy is different on Saturdays. There are more families. And more children. The whole dance changes, balls are kicked around and babies are carried in slings. The tennis courts are busy. For liveliness and for change: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  3. Another dog walker spoke to me of his dog, whom he held in great affection. He told me with deep love in his voice, that his dog (who was quite tall) was in the habit of stealing sandwiches from people eating their lunch. Therefore he had to carry a wad of £5.00 notes with him to make good these thefts. For opportunism, for honour and for unconditional love: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  4. For stories freely given, that can make me smile all day. (I swear that the dog was grinning wickedly when his owner spoke of him). Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  5. The sun was warm in the Square. Many people were sitting on the benches, including, people who are living without a roof over their heads. For respite, courage and for justice: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  6. Meanwhile, clients came to my consultation room. My practice is changing and I have to change to accommodate the enhanced energy and manage it. I draw back more and allow more healing to take place. For source energy, for grace and strength: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  7. Food from yesterday, fed us all today. This is a big bonus of honouring Shabbat and cooking a larger meal on Fridays. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  8. I neglected my work, in favour of watching all episodes of Magpie Mysteries on iplayer. I enjoyed it very much. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  9. It's wonderful to have both of my sons, at the present, under the same roof. For this moment and time, that has transiency etched within its bones, more gratitude than I can give prayers for, without tears falling. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  10. For holidays and for spring: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
