Herons are symbolic of balance and stability, self-reliance, tact, wisdom, and knowledge.

Gratitude List 26/11/22

  1. Can You Spot The Heron, sitting in the tree? He or She, followed me along the edge of The Lake in St James Park this morning. Returning home, I looked up the symbolism of a Heron. Herons are symbolic of balance and stability, self-reliance, tact, wisdom, and knowledge. Please G-d by me! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  2. My walk this morning, with Flo, took us through Trafalgar Square, St James Park, along Green Park, circling back home via Piccadilly. In many ways, I felt that I was living in a painting. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  3. To Flo's deep frustration there were lots of very plump and delectable-looking squirrels in the park. These are very clever squirrels. I swear to you, that spotting Flo was on her lead, they flaunted their liberty and laughed at her. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  4. Today there was sunshine, and no rain, that I saw. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  5. I wish to become more constant and work harder. For focus, for discipline. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  6. I tidied away, the remnants of yesterday's dinner. This activity gave me a chance to daydream. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  7. On my to-do list is work that needs to be completed. For the holding which that gives. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  8. For inquiries from clients, for my work. I have the deepest gratitude, as I truly love that which I do. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  9. I begin to realise that even on a day when very little appears to happen, in fact so much happens, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

  10. For the beauty of my day. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
