Out on my travels I notice the bike that the florist on Tavistock Street uses to buy his stock. It reminded me of the market history of Covent Garden. Shining in the sunlight the bike seemed to me to be iconic, as if it could fly through the sky. For dreams: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Destruction that occurred far from me, yet so near, bought sadness today. For compassion, for repair, for healing, miracles, resources and for love: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Passing Selfridges I made a detour to look in the food hall. I admire the perfect bouquets and spot tiny ready cooked quails eggs costing £4.95 for twelve. They remind me of how beautiful and shy quails are. I do not buy the eggs. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
Sitting at the front of the top of the bus, where once (nearly 60 years ago) I sat with my grandmother, I notice that someone had forgotten their gloves.
