3. Today I received news that greatly gladdened my heart. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. The Work today, felt especially blessed. Angel readings sang sweetly and progress was made. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. Walking Flo, at dusk, in Covent Garden, I entered into a sea of people. Rather than feeling overwhelming, the energy of people enjoying themselves felt revitalising and vibrant. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. I connected with a friend who is dear to me today. Indeed I am blessed. Thank You, Thank You, Thank you.

7. I have an article to write. Ideas are beginning to form. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. Today I was contained and did not break my diet. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. When I leave the sea of people and enter the sanctuary of the Mansions, I have great gratitude for the calmness that lies within. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
