Some of these stones and crystals are gifts. The grey one shaped like a heart roughly, I picked up on a beach in Devon, a couple I bought. Yet these are the tools of my trade, I use them every day. For teaching, grounding, and for support. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
At the moment Josh is away. It's just Flo and I. She is kind and attentive. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
My day is held by attending to Flo's needs. She requires 3, if not 4 walks. This keeps my step count up. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

For the comfort of the day, I had food left over from yesterday. It's good not to have to cook! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
This was a day (nearly), without major events. Truly a day lacking drama is to be deeply appreciated. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
The one major drama was that without warning Flo ran out of the Park gate into the road. She forgot herself in favour of chasing a squirrel. Truly near misses are gratefully received. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
